After completing the enrollment procedures for new students, universities in the province have carried out various activities to provide maximum support for the new students, helping them to have more tools to quickly integrate into the university environment.

Thu Dau Mot University has organized a series of activities for civic education and student life for the new students of D24. The civic education and student life week will take place from September 5th to September 15th, 2024. This is a regular activity organized by Thu Dau Mot University at the beginning of the new academic year.

The activities of the civic and student life week aim to introduce, disseminate, and provide comprehensive information to new students about training regulations, study plans, standard output regulations; information about regimes, policies, scholarships; regulations on training points; instructions for downloading, logging in and using the bank account application... so that new students can be well prepared before entering the new school year. During the participation in the citizen activity week, new students may have questions and concerns about regulations, training regulations; rights, obligations throughout the learning and training process at the school will be answered by the school.

In the framework of the program to support students in the academic year 2024-2025, Thu Dau Mot University has established a team to find accommodation for students, especially those who are new or facing difficulties, to find stable and suitable housing according to their needs. We hope that with the support from the accommodation search team, students will be able to feel more at ease when entering the new academic year, focusing on studying and personal development. In addition to volunteer students, the university also mobilizes officials and staff to participate in welcoming activities for new students so that they can feel that Thu Dau Mot University is a place where every step of the students is accompanied and supported.

Meanwhile, Binh Duong University of Economics and Technology also organized a welcome day for the new students of the D24 course with many exciting activities, attracting thousands of students to participate. The event took place with various activities such as taking photos at the check-in area with parents and friends, participating in games like passing the orange, stacking cups, testing taste, walking on foam, among others.

Principal Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, the school principal, advises new students to develop specific study plans, allocate time for studying, and not be affected by external factors that may hinder their learning. The school always accompanies students on their journey to acquire knowledge, improve their skills, and develop the right attitude towards studying at the school.

Beside activities such as dormitory support, room searching, scholarship assistance... are the policies that some universities in the province have organized to support new students in recent days. Along with that, the schools have also shared and guided learning methods to help new students adapt to university-level studying.

Nguyen Ngoc Quynh Huong, a new student at Binh Duong University, shared "feeling very worried when first coming to school". With a mix of excitement and a little bit of hesitation, Ho Nguyen Phu, a new student at Viet Duc University, said: "I feel very nervous yet excited because this is a major turning point in my life.
