Under the preschool education universalization program for five-year-old children in the 2013 and 2015 period, the whole province will build additional 31 preschools with a total investment capital of VND1.185bln; build many other new works to replace the old ones with a total investment capital of VND1.232bln; upgrade and expand 242 classrooms. For the 2011-2012 academic year alone, there were 7 preschool works fulfilled and put into operation.

Localities are actively implementing the task of zoning land to ensure the process of construction of the approved projects of preschools on schedule.
