Additional 6 cooperatives set up

In the first half of 2016, provincial Cooperative Alliance in collaboration with Steering Boards of Collective Economic Development at all levels of the province propagandized and set up additional 6 cooperatives or 50% of the year’s plan. They include 42 members with a total charter capital of VND16.9billion. Thus, the whole province has had 115 cooperatives with 56,551 members with a total charter capital of VND654.6billion.

During the period, most cooperatives in the province gained growth compared to the corresponding period last year with a total revenue of VND487.2billion or 42% of the year’s plan. Among them, 75 paid more than VND4billion for State budget and generated jobs for 7,514 laborers.
