Morning Aug 24, the commitment signing ceremony of creating favorable business environment for enterprises between Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and 32 provinces and cities of the South. Attending were Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue - Deputy Prime Minister, Head of Central Steering Committee of Enterprise Innovation And Development.
On Binh Duong province side, Mr. Mai Hung Dung – member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Chairman of provincial People’s Committee – and leaders of Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Trade and Industry attended the ceremony.
The signing of the commitment based on Resolution 35/NQ-CP dated May 16th 2016 of the Government. Accordingly, the signed contents focused on issues, such as organizing regular dialogues with businesses; establishing and publicizing a hotline; direct questioning and answering on provincial official website to receive feedbacks and answer questions of businesses; developing activities connecting enterprises based on industry clusters, connecting with large enterprises, FDI enterprises; simplifying administrative procedures, especially shortening the time for construction permits and related procedures...

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue said that the Party always considered businesses as pioneers in the national economic renewal. The role of the private economic sector has identified as a driving force of the economy. The signing ceremony between VCCI and 32 provinces, cities was an activity to realize Resolution 35, express the authorities’ determination of serving for businesses
