Agricultural and Food Fair combined with tourism promotion and development

On the evening of December 27, Tan Uyen City held the opening ceremony of the Agricultural and Culinary Fair associated with promoting and developing tourism in 2024. The program took place over 3 days, from December 27 to December 29, 2024.

The fair had about 30 booths displaying and promoting typical agricultural products, rural industrial products, quality and potential OCOP products; hometown cuisine booth with rural dishes, traditional cakes, processed from agricultural products of the city.

Also at the fair, visitors were able to participate in 4 tourist routes connecting typical relics, craft villages, andpomelo gardens in the city. In addition, the fair also had a cross-country race and a revolutionary song propaganda contest...

According to Mr. Doan Hong Tuoi, Chairman of Tan Uyen City People's Committee, the fair aimed to stimulate demand and promote tourism development by introducing and selling local clean agricultural products, enjoying regional cuisine; encouraging farmers and artisans to preserve and promote traditional values of tourism development, proactively providing tourism services, creating a tourism highlight for Tan Uyen City.
