Income in following year is higher than previous year

Binh Duong Lottery One-Member Ltd.Co. organizes a “return-to-the-root” journey at Minh Dam revolutionary base on the occasion of the Workers' Month 2022

In addition, the company's Trade Union local fully implemented the resolutions and documents of the Party and the superior Trade Union, promptly informed the company's policies, regimes and regulations related to employees’ rights and interests. The company's Trade Union local also performed a supervisory function to monitor the results of the implementation of labor hygiene-safety regimes and care of employees. Every year, the company's Trade Union local signs and organized the successful implementation of the collective labor deals with more interests for  employees. The average income of the company’s employees always remained at the level of the following year, equal to or higher than the previous year. Noticeably, the highest increase was 6.3% in 2022 compared to 2021. The average income of employees was VND 15 million and above per person per month.

In addition, the movement of "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene” was actively responded by the company's trade unionists, well implemented a civilized lifestyle at home and workplace, ensuring security, order and safety. Its units fully implemented the registered contents. The company was recognized as a cultural unit and a safe agency.

Especially, the emulation movement of "Working well – Working creatively" was regularly launched by the company's Trade Union local in order to contribute to fulfilling the company's political tasks while affirming the position of the Trade Union. Through the emulation movement, with encouraging results, many trade unionists and employees were commended and rewarded by the company’s Trade Union local and directorate. On average, there were more than 12 technical solutions, initiatives, working processes, which are recognized annually by the company's Initiative Council, exceeding 300% of the set target.

Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Deputy Director cum Chairwoman of Binh Duong Lottery One-Member Ltd. Co. affirmed: “During the last tenure, the company's Trade Union local organized many practical activities suitable to the actual conditions of the unit. With the efforts in taking care of and protecting employees’ legitimate rights and interests, the company’s Trade Union local created a motivation for employees to work harder in production, improving productivity, quality and efficiency. This also helped trade unionists and employees feel secure to stick with the company. During the past 5 years, the company’s Trade Union local was always ranked as the unit excellently completing entrusted tasks, which is the most concrete evidence for the quality of the Trade Union activities.

To accomplish this goal, the Trade Union local has put forward solutions suitable to the company’s actual situation. Particularly, it will focus on building up a strong Trade Union local, with focus on innovating its operational contents and methods to attract workers, striving to maintain the percentage of 100% employees being trade unionists; building a workforce with political stance, education, industrial working style, ethics, healthy lifestyle, readiness for support, deserving to be the company’s leading force; encouraging employees to actively study, improve their qualifications, uphold solutions in work, apply digital transformation in the performance of tasks, contributing to well completing assigned tasks.

In terms of taking care of trade unionists and employees’ lives, and protecting their legitimate rights and interests, the Trade Union local will cooperate with the company to step by step improve the quality of Trade Union activities for higher efficiency, contributing to stabilizing and developing labor relations, minimizing labor disputes; upholding the role of the Trade Union in taking care of trade unionists and employees ‘material and spiritual lives, giving timely support for trade unionists, employees with difficult circumstances...Especially, the Trade Union local will organize movements, namely "Working well, working creatively, promoting technical initiatives", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene" ... to improve the working environment for employees.
