All-level fronts maintains coordination of enhanced inspection and social feedbacks

On July 6, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a conference to review the 5-year implementation of Joint Resolution No. 403 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Government and the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, detailing forms of supervision and social criticism of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committees (hereinafter referred to as Joint Resolution No. 403).

The conference is held in the form of online to the bridge points of the provinces and cities throughout the country. At the bridge in Binh Duong province, Nguyen Thi My Hang, Chairwoman of the provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference.

After 5 years of implementation of the Joint Resolution No. 403, the supervision and social criticism of the Fatherland Front and its member organizations have become more and more in-depth, specific, and rigorous to promote practical effectiveness, and have been granted, recognized, and appreciated by committees and authorities. In addition, forms of supervision have been carried out in studying and reviewing documents of competent agencies related to the people's legitimate rights and interests, supervision through the organization of supervisory delegations, supervision through the activities of the People's Inspection Committee and the Community Investment Supervision Board. In the past 5 years, localities throughout the country have organized nearly 23,900 peer-review conferences with comments on more than 42,000 draft documents.

Speaking at the conference, Do Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, suggested that the Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations deeply and thoroughly continue to study to draft the guiding documents of the Party and the laws of the State, to do well the work of advising and propagating to further raise the awareness of all levels, branches and people of all walks of life about the importance of supervision, monitoring, and social criticism.

Do Van Chien requested that in the coming time, the Fatherland Front at all levels should continue to overcome difficulties to coordinate with political and social organizations to strengthen supervision and criticism, and well demonstrate the role of the Fatherland Front at all levels, contributing to consolidating and building a socialist rule of law state of the people, by the people, and for the people.
