To achieve double-digit growth in Binh Duong province by 2025, the Provincial People's Committee has urged departments, branches, and localities to promptly devise more fundamental and impactful solutions for the effective execution of the 5-year public investment plan for 2021-2025. This initiative aims to create a significant advancement in infrastructure development. It is essential to secure investment resources, enhance the role of public investment in catalyzing private investment, and establish a roadmap to ensure the focused implementation and disbursement of the entire 36,000 billion VND by 2025. Concurrently, it is imperative to accelerate the construction timelines of key projects and infrastructure that promote spillover effects and regional connectivity, including Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh Expressway, and the expansion of National Highway 13.

The provincial People's Committee has also emphasized the importance of developing urban areas in a comprehensive, sustainable, and environmentally friendly manner, thereby enhancing urban quality. This includes the completion and implementation of urban greening projects, as well as the renovation and enhancement of older urban areas concerning housing, transportation, and greenery. Efforts will be made to upgrade concrete surfaces, asphalt dirt and red gravel alleys, and decisively address urban flooding issues to prevent disruptions to traffic infrastructure. The province is committed to allocating a minimum of 1,500 billion VND for the enhancement and beautification of urban areas, the clearance of dead-end alleys, and the alleviation of traffic congestion, while also fostering the growth of industries, services, and urban development. The goal is to complete over 20,000 social housing units in the province by the end of 2025.
