Announcing examination results of corruption prevention and fight in Binh Duong province

Morning September 9^th, No. 2 Task Force under Central Steering Committee of Anti-Corruption announced the draft conclusion on examining, supervising, speeding up anti-corruption works in Binh Duong province. Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, Member of Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of Central Internal Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of No. 2 Task Force; Mr. Mai The Trung, Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, chaired the meeting.

According to the draft conclusion, after more than a month of examining, supervising, speeding up anti-corruption works in Binh Duong province, the leadership and direction for anti-corruption were paid much attention by provincial Party and government, namely, concretizing guidelines, policies, popularizing anti-corruption works among cadres. Besides, provincial Party Standing Committee has strengthened the direction for bodies to proceed, investigate, judge corruption cases in accordance with laws. The province also completed and implemented regulations on socio-economic management to serve anti-corruption works; did strictly position change of cadres, especially to sensitive sectors. Administrative procedure reform has been more open, transparent; improving cadre’s attitude for anti-corruption. Since 2013, the province has done a good job of publicizing assets and incomes of public servants, promoting supervisory role of the people and organizations in anti-corruption struggle.

At the meeting, the delegation asked provincial Party Standing Committee to continue the good leadership, direction for anti-corruption; make good limitations, remove obstacles, pay attention to detecting and handling corruption.
