Binh Duong Construction Consultant Investment Joint Stock Company (Biconsi) has just opened its sales program for apartment building in the Hiep Thanh 3 residential area.

 The 10-storey apartment building includes 6 blocks with 893 apartments and total floor space of 55,275 square meters, providing accommodation for around 2,500 people.

 In the first phase, the project’s block C will provide around 143 apartments with 32-80 square meters each. The lowest price of an apartment here is VND321mln. Payment is from 24 to 36 months without interest rates.

 The apartment building commenced construction in October 2011 and is expected for completion in May 2012, two months earlier than planned.
