Appreciation for generations of journalists
In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Journalist Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), on the morning of June 20, the Editorial Board of Binh Duong Newspaper organized a delegation to visit and present gifts in appreciation of the former leaders of the province's press agencies throughout the years.
The delegation visited and conveyed their appreciation to Mr. Nguyen Van Nam, the former Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor, who signed the decision to establish Binh Duong Labor Magazine; Mr. Nguyen Tam Duong, the former Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor and former Editor-in-Chief of Binh Duong Labor Magazine; as well as Mr. Le Viet Quan and Mr. Nguyen Tan Man, both of whom previously served as Editor-in-Chief of Binh Duong Labor Magazine.
On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to the families of deceased veteran journalists who once held prominent positions at Song Be Newspaper, including the family of Mr. Tieu Nhu Thuy, former Editor-in-Chief; Mr. Tran Nang Tam, former Editor-in-Chief; Mr. Tran Van Tro; and Mr. Do Khac Nhan, former Deputy Editor-in-Chief.
At each destination, the delegation engaged with the health and well-being of comrades and relatives, extending best wishes in honor of Vietnam Revolutionary Journalist Day on June 21. They expressed profound gratitude for the significant contributions made by previous generations to the advancement of the province's press.
