Army Corps 4’s brigade 434 makes public relations in Thuan An

The Army Corps 4’s brigade 434 in collaboration with the People’s Committee of An Phu ward in Thuan An town has just organized a ceremony to launch public relations on the occasion of the 71^st anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2018), with the participation of more than 100 cadres, soldiers and Youth Union members in the ward.

On July 21 and 22, participating soldiers cleaned up Tu Van Phuoc street with a total length of 5 kilometers in quarter 1B; teamed up with mass organizations to plant 200 green trees in the ward; helped the local policy beneficiaries tidy up their houses…

This was one of activities contributing to creating solidarity between the army and people, strengthening public awareness of national defence; effectively realizing welfare works under the joint programs between localities and army forces, thereby contributing to victoriously implementing targets on socio-economic development, maintaining political security and social order-safety.

Around 200 people were mobilized to get involved in planting green trees on Bach Dang, Thich Quang Duc, August Revolution streets; cleaning up streets, collecting waste on Ong Danh irrigation canal…, thereby propagandizing and mobilizing locals to not encroach on the pavement and keep environmental hygiene…

The program aimed to propagandize and mobilize the local Youth Union members and people to realize civilized urban lifestyle and keep environmental hygiene.
