Art performances in celebration of success of Election Day

An art performance named “Big festival of people nationwide” was organized at provincial Center for Culture and Cinema on the evening of May 22 with a lot of songs encouraging locals to go to the polls, namely “Cung nhau di bau” (Going to the polls together), “La phieu cua nien tin” (Ballot of trust), “Ngay hoi toan dan” (Big festival of people nationwide)…

The program also comprised of joyful melodies from songs “Dat nuoc tinh yeu” (Country of love), “Que huong tinh yeu va tuoi tre” (Homeland of love and youth), “Dat nuoc tron niem vui” (Joyful country)…

With vibrant items, the program contributed to reflecting the jubilance of all people after performing their right and duty on the national Election Day, thereby applauding contributions by the National Assembly to the cause of national independence for a strong country, an equitable, democratic, civilized society.

The local audience also had the chance to watch the historic landmarks of the National Assembly during the 65 past years via photos on the elections of the National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels from 1^st to 13^th term on display at the center.

In a jubilant atmosphere of the whole Party, army and people before the success of the election of deputies of the 14^th National Assembly and People’s Councils for the 2016-2021 tenure, TDM city’s Center for Culture-Information and Sports will also organize an art performance on the evening of May 23.

The program will take place on Nguyen Du street in Phu Cuong ward with the performance of the center’s mass art troupe and collaborators. It promises moments of enjoying meaningful music to the local audience with songs in praise of national revolutionary traditions together with animated melodies of the youth.

Prior to that, Ben Cat town’s 30-4 square was very animated with competitions learning about the election of deputies to the 14^th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 tenure. The “Youth in Ben Cat accompanying the election of deputies to the 14^th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels” contest was the most notably.

The contest absorbed 8 teams from 8 communes and wards in the town. They competed in 3 test parts with very significant contents, helping all people know more about their responsibility to the election.

Nguyen Thi Hanh, a resident in Ben Cat town’s My Phuoc ward said that photos on the town just being awarded the second-class Labor Medal screened at the square made locals get animated. Along with this, propaganda work to the election was methodically implemented through contests also helped locals know more about their citizen right and duty.
