Mr. Tran Van Tinh, Chairman of the Trade Union of Ecco Vietnam Co. Ltd. in Bau Bang Industrial Park of Lai Uyen, a company specializing in the production of leather shoes with 1,700 workers, said that the company's workers have been working quite well with an income of VND 8 million for new worker and from VND 10 million or more for skilled and senior workers.

Talking about the company's compliance with regulations, Mr. Tinh said the company has a weekly updated newsletter with new announcements. At the cafeteria, the company also arranged a newsletter and updated legal changes and supplements for workers' reference. In addition, the leaders of the Trade Union make reports to the internal Zalo group to comment that the union members in the group to comply with the rules and the provisions of the laws as the basis for voting and emulation in the company every year.

Similarly, Ms. Vu Thi Bich Huong, Trade Union Chairwoman of Polytex Far Eastern Vietnam Co. Ltd. in Bau Bang Industrial Park of Lai Uyen, said the company's current number of workers is more than 2,500 people, mainly in yarn and textile parts, so the legal propaganda is focused. According to Ms. Huong's experience of a ‘crowded’ company, quarrels among workers are inevitable. Some people take advantage of such impulsiveness of young workers to provoke agitation. In order to handle the problems, the company must offer clear labor rules and disseminate them to each group, each line for the workers to understand. Newly recruited workers and before accepting the job must learn the company rules. In addition, the Trade Union and the Human Resources Department must organize legal talks with police forces and departments to disseminate legal knowledge to workers. Another problem is that workers with difficult circumstances must be paid attention to help, visit, give gifts, encourage and propagate the law so that they actively stay away from temptation.

Talking about the work of taking care of and propagating the law to union members and employees, Mr. Thuong Van Tri, Deputy Chairman of the Bau Bang district Trade Union, said that over the past time, activities to protect legitimate rights and interests have been carried out. Legal measures for union members and employees are always implemented in a timely manner. Legal propaganda for union members is increasingly diversified through Zalo groups and legal handbooks. Through Zalo interaction, the majority of workers asked about the policy of increasing wages, due diligence, health insurance, etc. In addition, the district labor union also emphasized that grassroots unions propagate to workers whether borrow ‘black credit’ to avoid being intimidated and threatened.

In the first 6 months of 2022, the Bau Bang district Trade Union advised the grassroots trade union to sign 18 collective labor agreements, and organized 2 dialogues between enterprises and workers, and 2 labor conferences. The trade union has consulted directly and by phone for 20 cases where employees had questions about working regimes, social insurance benefits, and early leave.
