Awakening strength of great national unity

Solidarity is a precious tradition of our nation. Under the Party's leadership, people from all strata, regardless of class, ethnicity, or religion, gather and unite in the National United Front of Vietnam, creating the strength of great national unity, winning a historic victory in the August Revolution of 1945 and resistance wars to save the country, build and protect the Fatherland.

After more than 35 years of implementing the renewal cause initiated and led by our Party, the country has obtained great achievements. The role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front continues being affirmed and enhanced in socio-political life. The close relationship between the Front and people from all strata has been strengthened. The Party and State's guidelines and policies on great national unity have been perfected and institutionalized through policies and laws. Today, the strength of the great national unity continues developing, becoming a driving force for the national renewal.

Over the past years, provincial Fatherland Front Committees at all levels well organized the great national unity festival with a variety of contents and forms, in almost all residential areas in the province, on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the National United Front of Vietnam(November 18). The festival has aroused and upheld the tradition of solidarity and patriotism, strengthening consensus in the community; is a vivid expression of the spirit of great national unity in the new context. The great national unity festival has become a great festival of national solidarity, thereby creating a new change and becoming a large and practical social activity, greatly contributing to mobilizing and taking care of the material and spiritual lives of people in the community, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, building trust among the people, creating social consensus in launching and organizing patriotic emulation movements, social welfare activities...

For the festival getting more meaningfully and effectively, provincial Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and their member organizations need to further diversify forms of gathering, mobilizing people to promote and improve the quality of patriotic emulation campaigns towards the grassroots level in line with the local goals and tasks on socio-economic development. The current focus is to mobilize and guide people to effectively implement digital transformation and the Government's Project No.06 to build digital government, digital society, digital citizens, Binh Duong smart city…
