Bac Tan Uyen district eyes stable economic growth

According to Bac Tan Uyen district People's Committee, in the first two months of 2022, the district's economy was maintained at a stable growth rate as production value in each field increased over the same period last year.

Accordingly, in January, the value of industrial production and handicrafts was VND 452 billion, increasing by 12.16% over the same period; total retail sales of goods and services was estimated at VND 286 billion, increasing by 15.67% over the same period. In February, the value of industrial production and handicrafts was VND 669 billion, increasing by 12.44% over the same period; estimated total retail sales of goods and services was VND 217 billion, increasing by 12.44% over the same period. As for the agricultural sector, in the first 2 months of the year, the production situation was stable as the cultivated area increased, decreased but not significantly; water source for production was guaranteed. The number of poultry flocks increased; epidemics did not occur; the vaccination was carried out according to the plan.
