Bach Dang commune in Tan Uyen district has so far met 18 out of 19 criteria of new rural construction.
Particularly, 100% of main streets (20.9 kilometers) and inter-hamlet streets (4,280 meters) in the commune are covered by asphalt. 100% of the local people are in use of the national power grid and clean water; the number of laborers trained accounts for 61.26% of total; there are 100% of hamlets in use of mobile telephones, fixed telephones and internet via many forms.
The ratio of the local poor households under the province’s new poverty line reaches 0.94% of total; the average income per capita in the rural region is estimated at VND25mln a year; there are more than 99.07% of houses herein built spaciously and solidly, 80.4% of people joining health insurance…
As planned, Bach Dang will fulfill its remaining criterion by the end of the year so that it becomes a new rural commune.
