Bau Bang district resolves 160 applications for changing land use purposes

  In April 2024, Bau Bang district recovered land (donated land to expand roads) in 25 cases, resolved 189 cases of land change registration, and 554 cases of mortgage registration of land use rights. Along with that, the district resolved 160 applications for changing purposes with a total area of more than 17,712 m2 (including 19,344 m2 changing purpose to residential land; more than 56,601 m2 changing purpose to perennial crop land; 95,767 m2 changing purpose destination to land for non-agricultural production establishments).

The district's competent agencies regularly monitor the area to promptly detect cases of business and mineral exploitation without a license according to regulations that affect the environment; continue to collect environmental protection fees, approve checklists for environmental protection and water resources for individuals and organizations in the area.
