Bau Bang district’s People’s Council opens its first session

Early June 19, Bau Bang district’s People’s Committee held its first session for the 2011 and 2016 tenure.

The session elected key titles for the district’s People’s Council and People’s Committee for the 2011 and 2016 tenure. As a result, Nguyen Huu Chi, Secretary of the district’s Party Committee was nominated as Chairman of the district’s People’s Committee; Huynh Cong Du as Vice-Chairman of the district’s People’s Committee; Tran Quo Hai as Permanent Member of the district’s People’s Committee; Nguyen Van Minh as Chairman of the district’s People’s Committee; Vo Thanh Giao as Vice-Chairman of the district’s People’s Committee.

The session also elected members of the Economic-Social Department, Legislation Department of the districts People’s Council; members of the district’s People’s Committee; secretaries for the sessions of the district’s People’s Council for the 2011 and 2016 tenure and jurors of the district’s People’s Court.
