Bau Bang gets animated with men and women’s mini-football tournament

Early May 5, Bau Bang district’s Labor Union and Cultural-Sports Center kicked off the third men and women’s mini-football tournament 2019.

This year’s tournament absorbs 44 men and women’s football teams with players, including officials, civil servants, trade unionists laborers in the district. It is divided into 2 blocs: administration bloc and business bloc for both men and women. Participating teams will play in a round-robin format to select the top two teams from each group for the final round.

The tournament aims to respond to the campaign of “All people take part in physical exercises following the great example of Uncle Ho” while creating favorable conditions for the local officials, civil servants and laborers to exchange and share experience, contributing to promoting the local sports movement.
