In the second quarter of 2022, Bau Bang district’s Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) cooperated with the district’s Labor Union, the Representative Office No. 2 of provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and Job Placement Center to introduce new jobs to 2,505 employees.
Currently, the rate of trained workers in the district is 92.84%. Among them, there are 52.04% with degrees and certificates. It is expected that in the last 6 months of 2022, the recruitment needs of enterprises in the district will be more than 5,000 employees. Therefore, the district’s Division of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs continues cooperating with functional sectors to introduce and supply laborers for enterprises while promptly dealing with collective labor disputes and strikes, if any, and settling complaints from employees in order to protect their legitimate interests and rights.
