Bau Bang marks 69th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day

* Bau Bang high school put into use

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of Vietnam’s army and people through the two resistance wars against French colonialists and American imperialists. Although just being separated from Ben Cat district, Bau Bang district is reaching a strong economic shift towards the growth of industry, agriculture, trade-services. The district now has a lot of potentials for economic development.

On this occasion, four mothers in two communes of Lai Hung and Cay Truong were posthumously awarded the title of “Vietnamese Heroic Mother”. The district also approve provincial Party Committee’s decision on awarding Party membership insignias to the local veteran Party members.

*Also on this occasion, Bau Bang district inaugurated and put Bau Bang high school into use. This is one of the district’s four newly-built schools in the 2014-2015 academic year.

The school has a total expense of around VND65bln with 21 classrooms and functional rooms, satisfying the demand for learning of more than 700 local pupils.
