Bau Bang’s FFC effectively realizes movements, campaigns

Bau Bang district’s Fund for the Poor in the first half of the year reached more than VND1.08bln, according to a report released by the local Fatherland Front Committee (FFC).

Steering Boards of the fund at communal level helped upgrade 2 houses for poor households and offered other help to the poor with a total expense of nearly VND70mln.

On the occasion of the 2015 Tet (Lunar New Year) festival, the district’s FFC and its affiliates visited and supported policy beneficiaries, poor households and children with extremely difficult circumstances with more than VND4bln. They also mobilized 14,883 households to register to take part in the campaign of “The entire people consolidate to build up cultural lifestyle in residential areas”…

Nguyen Minh Tam, Vice-Chairman of Bau Bang district’s FFC said that the local FFC’s movements and campaigns contributed to boosting consensus among people from all strata and diversified forms of gathering the masses over the past time.
