Bau Bang sanctions 10 cases of environmental administrative violations

In 2023, Bau Bang district issued 56 certificates of land use rights for the first time, appraised 1,860 documents for changing land use purposes, resolved 10,894 cases of land change registration and mortgage registration of land use rights. The district also issued environmental permits in 13 cases and approved investment locations in 32 cases.

On the other hand, the district conducted environmental inspection tours for 18 cases, thereby detecting and sanctioning 10 cases with a total amount of VND 300 million while collecting environmental protection fees with a total amount of VND 548 million. The district publicly implemented the local land use plan and organized the implementation of land statistics in 2023, set up a land use plan in 2024 and submitted it to the province for approval.
