Bau Bang strives to have 80% of farmers getting involved in collective economy

Under the local plan on collective economic development for the period of 2017-2020, Bau Bang district will strive to absorb 90% of farmers getting involved in collective economic models or using services from cooperatives and cooperative groups. The local economic growth in cooperatives will reach an annual growth 16% and above with the average income of laborers gaining VND75million per year.

Regarding development orientations, the district will give priority to bolstering many collective economic forms in the fields of construction, trade-services and clean food production and hi-tech agriculture. The district will also promote cooperative groups in all economic fields and encourage them to develop into cooperatives.
