Becamex TDC’s headquarters at Binh Duong New City.

Becamex Trade & Development Company (Becamex TDC) on Feb. 18 held a summing-up conference on business and production in 2010 and opened its headquarters at Dong Khoi road, Binh Duong New City.

Ho Hoan Thanh, head of the company’s business department, said as of late 2010, the company exceeded 110% of its plan, reached VND580bil in turnover. With the result, the company’s shareholders enjoy 40% of dividend out of total chartered capital of VND200bil.

Becamex TDC just decided to surge its chartered capital up to VND1tril at par value of VND10,000 per share at HoSE.
