Becamex Tower and Becamex Plaza – highlights of Becamex City Center

A project of Becamex City Center invested by Becamex IDC is considered as one of the province’s biggest projects so far. On Sept. 1 ahead, Becamex IDC will inaugurate Becamex Tower project and Becamex Plaza at Becamex City Center.

Becamex City Center located on an area of 6ha is between 2 key routes of Binh Duong Avenue and April 30. With adequate conveniences of trade area, hi-grade apartment area, office, trade center, hotel, restaurant, supermarket…, the project will be the first exemplary and modern urban area in Binh Duong. According to the investor, the project will complete within 5 years with the investment capital of over VND2,5tril and 3 phases of construction.

The project’s 1st phase includes Horizon hi-grade tenement and Becamex Tower office with an investment capital of over VND500bil. The second phase includes Sunrise hi-grade tenement, street house area along to Binh Duong Avenue and April 30 with an investment capital of VND600bil, the third phase consists of New-star trade area, Galaxy hi-grade apartment and hotel with a capital of VND1,4tril.

Along with the large scale, Becamex City Center is designed modernly and harmoniously between construction architecture and natural environment. To ensure absolute quality for the project, the investor chose 2 partners of Apave Group (France) and Savills Group (Hong Kong).

According to experts, unique characters of Becamex City Center are modern and traditional styles. As a complex area including offices, hi-grade apartments, trade areas and entertainment areas, Becamex City Center has a 12,247sqm area for natural space, accounting for 20% of planning area.

With the scope, Becamex City Center will be an attractive area, serving for about 3,885 residents and about 17,912 employees as well as hundreds of thousands of visitors.

Under Becamex Tower, Becamex Plaza is considered as the first standard and luxurious trade center in the province. The plaza consists of services of shopping, entertainment, gastronomy with the total area of 12,500sqm and has about 100 stalls for famous trademarks of Levi’s, Adidas, Kappa, Shiseido, Bourjois, L’Occitane, Clarins, Valentino Creations, John Henry, N&M, Triumph, Vera, Minoshe, Jockey, Disney Baby, Transformers...

According to Becamex IDC, inauguration of Becamex Plaza is a great significance of building service chains of Becamex IDC in a bid to offer a new choice for local customers, contributing to improve living standard and bring social conveniences for residents inside and outside the province.
