Ben Cat city and Bau Bang district's Party Committees announce decisions on organization and personnel

On February 14, Ben Cat City Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on organization and personnel.

Accordingly, the conference announced the decision to merge the City Party Propaganda and Education Board and the City Party Mass Mobilization Board into the City Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and at the same time handed over the decision to appoint Mr. To Van Sang, Standing Member, Head of the City Party Propaganda and Education Board, Director of the City Political Center, to hold the position of Head of the City Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; appointing the following cadres: Nguyen Thanh Phong and Pham Quoc Hoang, Deputy Heads of the City Party Propaganda and Education Board; Tran Le Van Anh and Ngo Hoang Si, Deputy Heads of the City Party Mass Mobilization Board, hold the position of Deputy Heads of the City Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

The Standing Committee of Ben Cat City Party Committee also issued a decision assigning Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thao, Deputy Director of the City Political Center, to take charge of the City Political Center from February 2025 until a new decision is made.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Hong Thong, Secretary of Ben Cat City Party Committee, congratulated the appointed cadres and emphasized the restructuring of the political system to help the apparatus become increasingly streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently. The conference announced the decision of Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on merging the District Party Propaganda and Education Board and the District Party Mass Mobilization Board. According to the decision, the District Party Propaganda Education Board and the District Party Mass Mobilization Board will merge from February 15, 2025 into Bau Bang District Party Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

The conference also announced the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Cong Quan, Head of the District Party Mass Mobilization Board, to the position of Head of the District Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dien, Deputy Head of the Mass Mobilization Board, to the position of Deputy Head. The decisions take effect from February 15, 2025, with a term of 5 years.
