Update: 09-08-2024 | 12:56:41

Truong Minh Tri, Head of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Office of Ben Cat City, said that in 2024, the number of rural workers registering for short-term vocational training courses in the city was higher compared to previous years. Specifically, since the beginning of the year, the locality has had more than 120 people registering for short-term vocational classes such as bartending, flower arrangement, and cooking. The city organized 2 training classes for about 50 people. From now until the end of the year, the locality will continue to open training classes for registered students.

When participating in rural vocational training classes, students are provided with free vocational training, which is supported by the State budget. They are equipped with knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes to improve their job opportunities. Students also receive a certificate of primary vocational training within 3 months of completing the course... “The locality also considers and creates conditions for loans so that students can do business in the field they have studied. In particular, priority is given to vocational training for workers with disabilities, people who are entitled to preferential policies for people with revolutionary contributions, ethnic minorities, people from poor households, near-poor households, people from households whose agricultural land or business land has been recovered, and female workers who have lost their jobs," said Truong Minh Tri, Head of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Office of Ben Cat City.
