Ben Cat’s economic growth in 2016 at 25.8%

In 2016, Ben Cat town’s economy reached a 25.8% growth compared to 2015. The average income of locals was VND74million. The district’s total production value achieved more than VND82.32trillion, up 19.7% against 2015 and beyond 0.2% of the set target. Of these, industrial production value was more than VND67.76trillion, up 17.5% compared to 2015 and beyond 0.5% of the set target while agricultural production value gained VND469.3billion, up 5.4% over 2015 and beyond 4.4% of the set target.

The town’s State budget collection was estimated at more than VND1.6trillion, up 10% compared to 2015, 11% and 10% against the province and district’s set targets.
