Ben Cat’s open Vovinam-Karatedo-Taewondo tournament 2014 kicks off

Ben Cat town’s open Vovinam-Karatedo-Taewondo tournament 2014 was officially opened at the town’s Center for Culture on August 8. This year’s tournament has absorbed more than 320 athletes from the town’s 8 communes, wards, TDM city, Tan Uyen town and districts of North Tan Uyen, Phu Giao and Bau Bang.

They will compete in 64 events: combat and demonstration.

The tournament is a chance for martial artists across the town to exchange and share experience. It also helps the town’s sports sector to assess the movement of learning Vovinam, Karatedo and Taewondo as well as the ability of trainers, coaches and managerial staff for these events.
