Ben Cat’s Women’s Union reviews Projects 343, 704 between 2010 and 2015

Late August 18, Ben Cat town’s Women’s Union forwarded a conference to review its implementation of the Project 343 on “Propagandizing and educating Vietnamese women’s virtues in the period of intensified national industrialization and modernization” and the Project 704 on “Educating mothers for good parenting” in the 2010 and 2015 period.

The Project 343 was promoted among women from all strata over the past time. The local sectors carried out it proactively and creatively in association with the Politburo’s Directive No.3 on further promoting “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”, the “Building the family with 5-Nos and 3-Cleans” campaign, the “Women actively study, creatively work and build up happy families” emulation movement…

Under the Project 704, the town’s Women’s Union also provided mothers with skills on nourishing their children well, contributing to reducing the ratio of malnutrition, illness and death in children, restricting the situation of children breaking the law and relating to social evils…; attached special importance to healthcare for women in the child-bearing age group, domestic violence prevention, the Law on Gender Equality…

At the conference, 6 collectives and 7 individuals were awarded the certificates of merit of provincial People’s Committee; 28 other collectives and individuals were also presented the certificates of merit of the town’s People’s Committee and Women’s Union for their contributions to the above projects between 2010 and 2015.
