Ben Cat town, nearly 3,000 dossiers of administrative procedures solved online

In Q3 of 2022, Ben Cat town Center for Administrative and Public Services has resolved nearly 3,000 dossiers of administrative procedures online. In the same time, the Center keeps on disseminating the use of online services so that the public and enterprises may actively join in part of the plan tat Ben Cat town People’s Committee had made to require local divisions to acknowledge, disseminate, and train in terms of digital transformation which include guidance of account registration and online services, non-cash payments, and introduction of useful OTT applications among other; thereon, the routines of officers, CPV members, and the public are gradually changed to adopt to digital authority, economy, and society.
