Defining emulation as a driving force to motivate collectives and individuals to actively work and produce well, contributing to the completion of business and production plans of enterprises, and improving the lives of workers, the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks regularly organize and launch the emulation of "Excellent and Creative Labor". Over the past time, the movement has effectively attracted a large number of workers.

To improve production efficiency

Responding to the emulation for good and creative labor launched by the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks, the grassroots trade unions affiliated to them have actively developed implementation plans suitable to the actual conditions of the enterprises to create the best conditions for workers to promote their creativity and enterprising spirit. At the same time, grassroots trade unions actively coordinate with employers in propagating and organizing emulation campaigns. Accordingly, the movement of good and creative labor has been actively responded by workers, promoting initiatives to improve techniques, to rationalize machinery and equipment, to save raw materials, fuel, improve product design and quality, and in order to improve production efficiency and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The emulation have promoted initiatives, improved techniques, and boldly proposed research, application, and testing in production to bring about practical results.

Typically, Hoang Quoc Tru - Production Manager of Chanh Duong Paper Co. Ltd. in My Phuoc Industrial Park 1, is always actively creative to come up with ideas on improving equipment and machinery, contributing to reducing damage to machinery and equipment and increment of productivity and bonuses for employees. Typically, the initiative of lowering the pulp shield from the press through drying to reduce the amount of powder deposited on the paper has reduced the number of paper breaks in the shift as well as in the department; the initiative of making shields on both sides of the face net has contributed to minimizing the heat rising up, accumulating water vapor falling, and making paper degraded so that the quality of paper production has been increased by limiting the amount of grade 2 paper.

In addition, Tran Thanh Long - Technical Team Leader of King Jim Vietnam Co. Ltd. My Phuoc Industrial Park 3 has been leading 16 improvement initiatives that have contributed to reducing costs for the company and improving the quality of working environment. Specifically, the improvement initiatives contributed to reducing the cost of using optical sensors in the finished section and PP-Line to eliminate redundancy, to increase hot press output, and to reduce the cost of buying heat press molds. The initiatives when applied in practice have brought about high efficiency, and are promptly rewarded by the company's Board of Directors, the grassroots trade union and the government to encourage them to keep on with the creative spirit.

Active emulation

Nguyen Van Thanh, Chairman of the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks, said that over the past time, the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks has directed and guided grassroots trade unions to deploy patriotic emulation in concretized programs and plans for good and creative labor in accordance with the actual situation in enterprises, contributing to increased productivity, quality and efficiency in production, business and stabilizing jobs and incomes. The organization of emulation has practical and specific goals associated with the performance of duties at each trade union member and employee in the enterprises.

Along with the regular emulation, the unit has also launched the emulation in batches by thematic approaches; at the same time, constantly innovating and creating both content and form and methods to attract a large number of employees. In addition to the launch of examination, evaluation, preliminary, summary, and timely commendation of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation and well performing assigned tasks have been made to encourage, motivate and create practical effects.

In particular, the emulation is to early discover, foster and replicate advanced examples to be proposed to the Party cell to train and admit into the CPV according to regulations. In the coming time, the Trade Union of Ben Cat Industrial Parks will continue to promote the organization and launch of patriotic emulation with practical agendas suitable for each field and object of union members and laborers in activities in order to well implement the objectives and tasks of each grassroots trade union and each enterprise. In the movements and each emulation phase has been well done in propaganda and awareness raising for officials, trade union members and employees who are active, dynamic, and creative to promote initiatives and improve techniques with focus on improving productivity and quality of products and services, strictly complying with the provisions of the law on occupational safety and health, fire and explosion prevention and fighting, and building industrial working style, which will also contribute to actively participating in responding to the 1 million initiatives program launched by the Vietnamese General Trade Union from 2022 to 2023 and well implementing emulation to welcome the public congress at all levels, and towards the 13^th Congress of Vietnamese Trade Union in 2023-2028 tenure..
