The local department of Trade and Industry and the mobilization board of Binh Duong Ceramics Association on March 31 held a congress to show up the Binh Duong Ceramics Association (BICERA), headquartered at Minh Sang Plaza. Under the local People’s Committee’s decision No.530/QD-UB dated Feb. 8, 2010, BICERA is a social body, formed up on the voluntariness and equality of ceramics businesses. The association’s birth is to protect legitimate rights and interests of members, share managerial experiences, business-production and cooperate together to raise competition and among others.

At the first congress, BICERA selected its executive and surveillance boards with the leadership of Ly Ngoc Minh, general director of Minh Long I hi-grade ceramics Ltd.
