Binh An Ward launches "Digital Family" program

On October 31, Binh An ward of Di An city held a conference to launch the "Digital Family" program. 

At the launching ceremony of the program, residents of 5 neighborhoods in Binh An ward were assisted in installing and using the VNPT Smart CA or My Smart digital signature application; they were encouraged to use VneID accounts to submit documents online and fill out electronic declaration forms on smartphones. The “Digital Family” will help people and businesses submit documents online and handle public administrative procedures at the ward’s single-window divisions more effectively.

To implement this model, Binh An ward authorities require each family to have at least one person using a digital signature on a smartphone. Accordingly, people and businesses can conduct public administrative transactions anytime, anywhere.  It is known that the "Digital Family" program in Binh An ward is the first pilot in Di An city.
