From a poor locality of Thuan An town, Binh Chuan now rises up with a lot of changes and bears the image of a modern city in the near future.

Binh Chuan is now home to 440 companies. The birth of these companies has contributed to strongly promoting the local economic development.

 

Together with zoning residential estates in a synchronous way, many rural traffic works were upgraded over the past time, making Binh Chuan completely change and bear the image of a modern city in the near future.

 

When being turned into the ward, Binh Chuan has changed its economic structure towards trade and services.

Thanks to diversification in forms of production and business, Binh Chuan ward’s State budget collection in 2011 reached VND15.1bln.

 

The local State budget spending also amounted to VND14.2bln, mostly used for basic construction at standards of a new-style city.

 

In 2011 alone, Binh Chuan ward built 7 roads covered with asphalt and concrete of 3.1km with a total cost of VND7.3bln, including VND214.4m funded by the local people.

 

At present, Binh Chuan ward’s government and people feel very joyful about the Tan Van-My Phuoc highway with 32m in width. Although only going through the ward of 3km, this highway brings the local people many new hopes for development.

 

It is obvious that the Tan Van-My Phuoc highway, which will become the main road of Binh Duong’s traffic system in the future, is contributing to changing Binh Chuan ward’s socio-economic situation. The ward’s current changes seem to be only the first steps for strong growth in the coming time.
