Binh Duong attends festival for outstanding families in southeastern region
To celebrate Vietnamese Family Day (June 28), provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just sent 3 families to the 9th festival for outstanding families in the Southeastern region in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
This year’s festival with the theme of “Family happiness is love and share” absorbed 21 outstanding families from 7 southeastern provinces, including Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan. They experienced test parts: self-introduction, sports and art performance.
Finally, Binh Phuoc topped the festival. Binh Thuan grasped second prize while two third prizes went to Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Binh Duong. The organizers also presented 39 first prizes, second, third and consolation prizes to outstanding provinces and families in each test part.
