Binh Duong Branch of SBV to develop fast and thorough credit system

March 17, Party Cell of Binh Duong Branch of State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) holds its 9^th Congress for 2015-2020 tenure, the pivotal congress well and thoroughly prepared.

Ready for the Congress

Under the direction of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee for Agencies, Binh Duong Branch of SBV has made early preparation. As the plan and guidance of superior agency is ready, the Party cell has made frequent meeting to prepare for timely and uniform congress. For thorough preparation, sub-committees of personnel, documents, and organization have been established.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Chinh, Deputy Secretary of Party Cell of Binh Duong Branch of SBV informed of the readiness with Party principles observed. For personnel, the Party Cell has selected skillful leaders proposed to the executive board for 2015-2020 tenure including 6 persons.

Documents for the congress have been thoroughly prepared. It is expected that speeches should be given by the Party Committee leaders and over 20 representatives of its grassroots to propose measures.

Robust transition of Party building

In the tenure of 2010-2015, the Party Cell of Binh Duong Branch of SBV has concentrated on leadership and direction on Party building. Its representative unit has coordinated with authorities and unions to offer training courses for officials, party members, and staffs to learn and grasp up decisions, pathways, directives, regulations of the Party and the State, the 9^th Resolution of the Party, and resolutions and action plans of Party Committee, Party Committee for Provincial Agencies. Particularly, for the education of revolutionary tradition, the Party Cell representative unit has made timely guidance and orientation of ideology and improvements of patriotism, self-sustaining power, national pride, and the pride of glorious Party and the great President Ho Chi Minh. Accordingly, the Party is entrusted with leadership and determined protection of the ideology and Party unity maintenance to build up agencies of thorough strength and unity.

Resolutions have been acted out by monthly, quarterly, and annually actions for the best outcome of the profession. Within the tenure, the Party Cell has admitted 5 new Party members, making up totally 23 members in its organization, of whom, 1 member is on probation stage.

To ensure organization, 23 members have been allocated to operations in 2 groups of the same profession for mutual supports. Each group is led by 1 Party Cell member committee. As organization is well made, operation quality has been improved to create robust transformation of awareness and actions amongst officials and Party members, particularly, as the principles of critique and self-critique under the 4^th Resolution of the 11 tenure Central Committee of CPV is being implemented. Accordingly, the officials and Party members are more aware of the significance of Party building in the new stage as integrated into the learning and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples.

Leadership for good professional duties

In its tenure of 2010-2015, the executive board of Party Cell of Binh Duong Branch of SBV has led its staffs to implement the best professional duties, particularly, the direction and management of credit system for thorough and fast development. Particularly, it has expanded its organization to 3 more branches and credit organizations, 40 transaction and saving offices, and 142 ATM posts. Up to date, 65 branches and credit organizations, 144 transaction and saving offices, and 63 ATM posts have been established. By the decisions and policies of the State and the Party regarding credit and under directive documents of SBV, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee, and Binh Duong Branch of SBV have led the best credit system management for thorough and synchronous development to meet the demands for full and timely banking transactions.

Remarkably, Binh Duong Branch of SBV has contributed to stabilization of macro-economy. For the last tenure, banking services have eyed quality and robust development with finer services of banking branches, credit organizations, and transaction offices in the province to create trust by the public and organizations, especially those from rural areas in a bid to reduce and eradicate poverty and loans of dearly interest rates. Together with sectors and agencies, the branch has contributed to the stabilization of financial and money status as well as macro balance and provincial socio-economic development.
