Binh Duong children be young pioneers, deserve to be the Party's hope

On August 29, the 23rd Binh Duong provincial Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children took place at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center. The ceremony was attended by Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee; Nguyen Thi My Hang, Chairwoman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and leaders of departments, branches.

Provincial leaders and Provincial Youth Union award certificates of merit granted by Provincial People's Committee to delegates of Uncle Ho's good children.

At the congress, outstanding achievements in HYPO movements over 2020-2023 period were presented. On this occasion, Binh Duong Provincial HYPO Council received a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister; Provincial leaders presented bronze plaques to the Congress titled "Binh Duong Children - Study well, work hard - Be Uncle Ho's good children - Hope of the Communist Party of Vietnam"; 200 delegates of Uncle Ho's good children and 39 delegates making outstanding performance in the campaign "For dear juniors" in 2020-2023 were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; expressed gratitude to former Provincial HYPO Councils; gave scholarships to students...

Speaking at the congress, Nguyen Van Loc praised the results achieved by HYPO at all levels in the province and local children in recent years. He advised the children to continue making more efforts to well implement Uncle Ho's teachings, being a leading role in HYPO emulation movements, being the hope of Communist Party of Vietnam.
