On June 13, at Provincial Administration Center, Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, received Cheng Jen Ming, Chairman of Taiwanese Cheng Loong Group.
At the meeting, Cheng Jen Ming, said that Cheng Loong Group was established in 1959 in Taiwan (China), specializes in paper production and processing, and is the distribution center of paper products in the Asian and international markets. In 2015, Cheng Loong Group invested in a paper factory project with an area of 75ha, capacity of 1 million tons of industrial paper and 50,000 tons of consumer paper per year. Currently, Cheng Loong Group is the second largest foreign investor in Binh Duong province with a total investment of more than 1 billion USD.

Mr. Vo Van Minh said that Taiwan is currently ranked first among 65 countries and territories with investment projects in Binh Duong, with a total capital of more than 6 billion 285 million USD. Mr. Minh expressed his pleasure that Cheng Loong Group has operated effectively in the province in recent years and is increasingly expanding its scale. He suggested that Cheng Loong Group contact and exchange information with competent departments and branches to coordinate and support the project implementation quickly.
