Binh Duong Department of Justice receive third-class Labor Medal

Morning of 5 Feb, provincial Department of Justice solemnly celebrated its 35th anniversary and received receive third-class Labor Medal. Attending the ceremony were Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Tran Hoa Phu, Deputy Director of Southern Department, Ministry of Justice; Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairwoman of provincial People's Council; leaders of departments, branches, associations, judicial divisions of districts, towns and cities in the province.

Provincial Department of Justice, formerly Department of Justice of Song Be province, was established under Decision No. 02 dated February 9, 1982. During over 35 years of construction and development, provincial Department of Justice has grown steadily in terms of organization, human resource and operational efficiency. Recently, the Department advised provincial People's Committee to exercise state management in legislative works, law and regulation propaganda, judiciary administration and judicial support. With the spirit of solidarity and creativity, provincial judicial branch has overcome difficulties, explored, improved and accelerated administrative reforms with many models, good ways of doing that have being multiplied.

At the ceremony, Mr. Liem and Mr. Phu, on behalf of the State President, granted third-class Labor Medal and laudatory writing with the words "Discipline - solidarity - renewal - devotion - law obedience” from Provincial People's Committee Chairman to Department of Justice.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Liem praised the achievements of provincial Department of Justice; at the same time, reminded each civil servants and officials of the judiciary in the coming time to work harder, promote the tradition, and continue to innovate, to be dynamic and creative.
