"Binh Duong Digital Government" application announced

Early May 10, Binh Duong officially announced the application of "Binh Duong Digital Government". Vo Van Minh, Vice- Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee chaired the announcement ceremony.

Accordingly, the application of "Binh Duong Digital Government" is a channel to receive and facilitate civil servants in opportunely handling online public services, reflecting petitions, searching, exploiting information and data. Besides, this application will help change the habits of cadres, civil servants and public employees in using mobile devices to handle work, improve the effectiveness of  processing work, saving time and minimizing delay and omission in the performance of assigned tasks.

Basic features of the application: Information module includes news, reference information, operating data. Module handling daily work: Work schedule - helping track the work schedule easily, notifying when there are changes; notifying when there is a meeting through the paperless meeting room; document management when there are incoming documents that need to be handled immediately or waiting for digital signature, unprocessed documents that are overdue will be notified with a warning to ensure the proportion of documents processed on time.

One-stop processing of documents: When documents are submitted on the Provincial or National Public Service Portal, officials, civil servants and public employees are notified that there are documents that need to be processed and warn that documents are about to be overdue for timely execution.

Handling complaints at 1022 hotline: People's complaints are notified directly to cadres, civil servants and public employees who are assigned to handle and monitor complaints.

IOC function: Cadres, civil servants and public employees can monitor warnings related to socio-economic indexes, operating ones. With the utility item, you can use functions such as making internal chat to send and receive texts, creating interactive groups; looking up information to serve the tasks of direction and advice.
