Binh Duong grasps 6 silver, bronze medals at national junior chess champs

The 2019 National Junior Chess Championship-Vietcombank Cup has just concluded after 11 days of fierce competition.
This year’s tournament absorbed nearly 1,200 chess players from 43 provinces and cities nationwide. They competed in 4 events: rapid chess, blitz chess, standard chess and traditional chess in the age groups of 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 20.
Among participating chess players, there were 14 from Binh Duong. They vied in the 3 events: rapid chess, blitz chess and standard chess. As a result, they excellently won 4 silver medals and 2 bronze medals.
