Binh Duong has 100 e-commerce websites registered with Ministry of Industry and Trade

The province currently has 100 e-commerce websites announcing online sale of goods and 9 websites registered with e-commerce transaction floor and e-commerce portal www.online.gov.vn granted by Department of E-commerce, Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Under the guidance of Department of E-commerce and Department of Information Technology, these websites introduce, sell online products; are forced to register with e-commerce transaction floor for administration. Therefore, the notification, registration with Ministry of Industry and Trade is required to e-commerce websites selling online products and websites providing e-commerce services. At the same time, the notification and registration is a method for State management agencies to standardize information, conditions and terms between sellers and buyers on the network environment in order to ensure online consumer rights.
