Binh Duong has 86 communes, wards, townships meeting legal accessibility standards in 2023

Recently, provincial Department of Justice submitted a report to provincial People's Committee on the evaluation and recognition of communes, wards and townships meeting legal accessibility standards in 2023. The list of these localities has been published on provincial e-portal.

As of now, Binh Duong has had 86 out of 91 communes, wards, and townships meeting legal accessibility standards in 2023. Five out of 91 localities did not meet the standards, due to disciplinary actions against heads of communal-level Party or government leaders. Additionally, 38 communes have met legal accessibility criteria in the National Criteria for Advanced New-style Rural Communes for the 2021-2025 period.
