The 2014 National Women's Open Cycling Tournament for An Giang Television Cup will officially kick off this morning with the first stage of 64km from Tay Ninh city to Cu Chi district in HCM city.

This year’s event absorbs nearly seventy domestic riders representing eleven Vietnamese teams and one international team from Kazakhstan with six stages passing through cities and provinces in the Southeastern region, including Tay Ninh, HCM city, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Tra Vinh and Hau Giang, with a total length of nearly 450km.

According to the announcement of the organizing board, cyclists from Binh Duong Water Supply-Drainage and Environment Company (BIWASE) and Chanh Phu Hoa in Binh Duong are present at the tournament.
