Binh Duong is nearing goal at national sports festival

Binh Duong province’s sports delegation, as of December 8, won 64 various medals (including 15 gold, 15 silver and 34 bronze) at the 2018 National Sports Festival, ranking tenth among 65 participating teams.

On December 4, Le Thi Thuy Nga, Le Hong Tuan and Do Thi Thuy grasped 3 gold medals in the 48, 54 and 57kg-weight categories of Vovinam. Dang Duy Phuong and Tran Thien Tin, on December 4, also excellently brought the sports delegation the 15^th gold medal in bowling. Billiards player Nguyen Huy Tung also pocketed a bronze medal in the 9-Ball Pool event. In the chess blitz event, Le Minh Tuan won a silver medal. On December 6, Vovinam and boxing martial artists grasped 3 bronze medals. The delegation, on December 12, continued winning additional 3 silver medals in events of chess, bowling and boxing.
