Binh Duong leads the rankings of provinces and cities in handling administrative procedures

To evaluate the current status, analyze shortcomings and limitations, and thereby identify solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of providing online public services in the coming time, the Ministry of Information and Communications has reported evaluation results of information systems for handling administrative procedures at ministerial and provincial levels.

This assessment meets the technical requirements for information systems used to handle administrative procedures at both ministerial and provincial levels. It applies to 21 ministries, branches, and 63 provinces and municipal cities. The assessment also fulfills the technical criteria set in the 2024 criteria for evaluating information systems for administrative procedures at ministerial and provincial levels. These criteria were issued in Decision No. 473/QD-BTTTT on April 3, 2024, by the Ministry of Information and Communications. The evaluation criteria for the Information System to resolve administrative procedures at the ministerial and provincial levels in 2024 consist of 6 groups with a total score of 100.

As a result, Binh Duong leads the rankings by province and city; The Ministry of National Defense leads the rankings by ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and agencies under the Government.
