Trung was assigned delegation leader along with Provincial Party Committee Vice Secretary Le Thanh Cung as his deputy and Nguyen Phuc Lam – a member of Provincial Party Committee as a clerk. Binh Duong NA delegation includes 15 official members and President Nguyen Minh Triet. The group is expected to leave for Hanoi this January 9.
